Gooey Bars
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Mix cake mix, egg, and butter and press in a 9x13 pan. Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla and pour over the crust. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.

I have this same recipe I got from my sister. In St. Louis, they call this Gooey Butter Cake...yours sounds a little more healthy:-) LOL!
